Stuck on a deck that won't build? Question about a feature? Reporting a security or privacy issue? Email us — we read every message.
Help us help you
To get a faster, sharper answer, please include in your email:
- What you were trying to do.
- What actually happened (a screenshot or copy-pasted error message helps a lot).
- The deck slug, if the issue is about a specific deck.
- Whether the problem is reproducible — does it happen every time, or once?
- Your browser + OS, if it's a UI issue.
Common issues, no email needed
- Can't sign in? Make sure you're using the Atlassian account your administrator authorised. Try a private window to rule out cookie problems.
- Uploaded a deck and it doesn't appear? Wait a few seconds — Slidev rebuilds asynchronously. Reload the hub. If it still doesn't appear, the deck source likely had a build error; try uploading again with a known-good
slides.md. - Diagrams don't render? Check the Diagrams reference deck for the exact syntax. Mermaid blocks need the language identifier
mermaidon the fence. - Want to change a deck's labels or visibility? Today: delete and re-upload with the new settings. An in-place edit UI is on the roadmap.
Security or privacy concerns
Suspect a vulnerability or a data-handling issue? Email support@applaudostudios.com with the subject line starting with [SECURITY]. Please don't open a public ticket or post in a shared channel before we've had a chance to triage.
Response times
Best-effort during business hours (Central Time). For after-hours outages affecting a deployment, contact your internal IT owner — they have the runbook for restarting the service.
