Terms of Service

Civitas Presentations is provided by Applaudo Studios for internal authoring and sharing of brand-aligned Slidev presentations. By signing in, you accept the terms below.
1. Who can use it
Access is intended for Applaudo employees, contractors, and partners who have been granted Atlassian credentials by their administrator. The deployment lives behind the organisation's internal network boundary; you are responsible for keeping your Atlassian credentials confidential.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of presentations you upload. By uploading you grant the deployment operator a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to store, build, and serve that content to other authorised users — limited to whatever you chose for the deck's visibility setting:
- Private — visible only to you.
- Shared — visible to every signed-in user of this deployment.
You confirm that any uploaded material is yours to share, or is licensed in a way that permits the use described above. Do not upload:
- Material protected by third-party copyright you don't have rights to.
- Personal data of identifiable individuals beyond what's needed for the deck.
- Confidential information that exceeds the audience implied by the visibility setting.
- Malware, exploit payloads, or content designed to attack viewers' browsers.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or visibility filters.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the application without prior written authorisation.
- Upload content that violates law, the Applaudo Code of Conduct, or applicable third-party terms.
- Impersonate another user or sign in with credentials that aren't yours.
4. Administrator powers
The deployment administrator may, at any time and without notice, remove content that violates these terms, suspend access, or take down the deployment for maintenance.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Applaudo Studios does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific deck will build, render, or export successfully.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applaudo Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, decks, or business opportunity.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
